SHIPPING & HANDLING

We are a real brick & mortar store, so we operate on regular store hours. Your online orders will be reviewed within 24 business hours after submitting. PLEASE NOTE: All shipping information refers only to online orders and merchandise purchased in store operates on a different shipping system. We do not ship on Holidays.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
Most of our packages are shipped via UPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO's.

SHIPPING/DELIVERIES
Regular ground shipping delivers within 7 to 10 business days. Expedited shipping delivers within 3 to 5 business days and Next Day shipping delivers within 1 to 2 business days. 

All time frames are given in business days (M-F). We do not ship on Holidays.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 
No. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

PROCESSING TIMES
Due to the delicate nature of our products, processing time will vary based on each individual order placed. It is important that you provide and accurate “event date” at the time of checkout. Please choose the best shipping option to receive your order in time for your event and allow the additional time for alterations.
 

SALE ITEMS
Items listed in “sale” are clearance items from our actual brick & mortar store. Many of them have been tried on before, and the condition of these sale dresses may vary from brand new to visibly worn. Sale items are sold as is. If you are at all concerned about the condition of a dress, we encourage you to reach out to us at bridal@rashawnrose.com prior to your purchase. A member from our online sales team will be happy to answer any questions you may have and is available to send photos showing the condition of any sale dresses.
