Prom Stylist

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a creative, fashion-forward Seasonal Prom Stylist to help high school students look and feel their best for prom season. This role involves personalized styling, excellent customer service, and a strong sense of current fashion trends. If you love formal wear, accessories, makeup/hair coordination, and providing a fun, memorable experience, this is the perfect seasonal position.

- Compensation includes hourly wage of $13 - $15 plus TIP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients in selecting prom dresses and accessories
- Provide personalized style recommendations based on body type, preferences, and current trends.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Ensure fitting rooms, display racks, and styling areas remain clean and organized
- Work alongside the sales te to meet styling and sales goals.
- Support merchandising efforts, including steaming garme
- Assist with social media content: styling videos, trending looks, client features

QUAIFICATIONS
✔ Previous experience in retail, styling, fashion, or customer service preferred
 ✔  Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, especially formal and youth trends
 ✔  Excellent communication and people skills
 ✔  Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain upbeat personality
 ✔  Flexible schedule—must be available for evenings and weekends

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
✔ Ability to stand for extended periods
✔ Ability to lift dresses, suits, and boxes up to 20 pounds
