Marketing Intership

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing efforts and gain hands-on experience. This is a great role for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, creative and a detail-oriented proactive intern to help grow our brand presence, drive foot traffic, and support our sales team.

As the Marketing Intern, you will support all marketing activities across both bridal and prom segments. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director and boutique leadership to help plan and execute marketing campaigns, produce content, coordinate events (in-store and external), and analyze performance metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Email Campaigns
- Create and schedule email marketing campaigns 
- Update customer lists and segment audience 
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and reporting results 

2. Website
- Assist with basic SEO updates and keyword research
- Assist with optimizing PPC landing pages 

3. Content Creation
- Support photo and video shoots, including capturing behind-the-scenes content 
- Create marketing materials - social media graphics and brochures 
- Write monthly blogs and create Google posts

4. Marketing Operations & Admin
- Support event planning and execution (in-store events, trunk shows, pop -ups)
- Track performance metrics and compile weekly marketing reports 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
✔ Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a college program in Marketing, Communication Studies or related field.
✔ Strong interest in fashion retail, bridal, and digital marketing.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling.
✔ Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
✔ Comfortable using digital tools such as Canva, CapCut and email platforms
