Frequently Asked Questions

We answer your most frequently asked questions about wedding dresses, prom dresses, appointments, bridal services, trunk shows and your overall shopping experience at RashawnRose.

What should i bring to my appointment?

A smiling face is always welcomed at RashawnRose. You are welcome to bring any photos of wedding dresses that you’ve found on Pintrest, Wedding Wire, The Knot or the designer’s website. Please keep in mind that you will be trying on wedding dresses from our showroom so we do ask that you wear your wedding day undergarments (underwear, strapless bra, spanx).

What Sizes do you carry in your boutique?

Our bridal dresses range from size 8 to size 32. Please keep in mind that your bridal gown or bridesmaids dress size will significantly differ from your every day dress size. When you have found "The One" we will take your measurements and recommend the best size for your dress.

When do I need to order my wedding dress?

We recommend ordering your bridal gown at least 6 to 8 months before your wedding date and 4 to 5 months for bridesmaids dresses. This timeframe will ensure that you have enough time for alterations. If you need to get your dress sooner most of our designers offer a rush option so we can always expedited at a minimal cost.

what happens if i lose or gain weight after i order my dress?

Juggling work, school and ever day stress can easily make your weight fluctuate. Thankful RashawnRose works with an amazing seamstress boutique in Weston, FL (just 6 minutes away) that can easily alter your dress.

Bring family members and close friends that will give you the best and honest opinion. We suggest that you limit your guests to no more than 4 people to help find your dream wedding dress. If you would like to bring more than 4 guest people ask about our special VIB appointments

What Should i do with my wedding dress after my wedding?

Gown preservation is the best solution. Your bridal gown and veil will be cleaned and neatly packaged in a beautiful display box. If you are looking to sell your gown, waiting for a family member to wear it, or whenever you feel like throwing it back on; gown preservation is your best solution.
